Should we extract teeth for space or for the face?
For young Lisa, instead of ripping teeth out for space, I relieved the dental crowding using maxillary expansion (hyrax expander) and d-gainer 2×4 mechanics. Now look at the position of her canines compared to when she first came in to see me.
