Lower Teeth Expander: Getting Braces On: Nirenblatt Orthodontics:

23 June 2020

Arielle is getting her braces on. The first step to getting braces on is placement of a lower teeth expander. I use this as a first step in certain patients when I want to avoid removing teeth for facial considerations.
Turn the screw in the lower Williams Expander by inserting the key in the hole closest to the lower front teeth and turning the screw straight back towards the throat until another hole appears.
